God works “suddenly.” When you least expect it, He moves. When everything looks like it’s falling apart, He turns it around suddenly. God works all things for good (Romans 8:28). When Jesus died on the cross, the world went dark. It seemed like there was no more hope. But with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). Three days after Jesus died on the cross, He rose from the grave. Death could not hold Him. He rose from the grave “suddenly.”
Sometimes your world may be falling apart. There may seem to be no light at the end of the tunnel. When you put your faith in Jesus, watch Him turn your situation around “suddenly.” He may be using that trial to remind you that His power is mighty. He is there, and others may see His power through it too. Have faith that God will work “suddenly” in your situation. If Jesus defeated death and rose from the grave on the third day, He will “suddenly” turn your situation around.
Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for dying on the cross for my sins and defeating the grave on the third day. You are my Lord and Savior. Give me the mind of Christ. I invite You into my hardships. I hand my problems to You. Thank You for being my helper and carrying my burdens. I give it all to You. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done in my life, and may my trials become a testimony so I can share Your power with others. In Jesus' name, amen.
Romans 8:28~ “And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.”
Matthew 19:26~ “Jesus looked at them intently and said , ‘Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.’”
